It can be confusing when your order makes up of multiple products from different suppliers so this information Page is to help you understand where your items are coming from and how long will they be in shipment.

Please Note At this time All we cannot ship Internationally, FPO, and APO addresses.

Delivery Service

*Pickup Option – This is a new service for Items online listed ‘Pickup Available’ & ‘Direct Ship’ Only. Any other items online that have been purchased using this option will be 'Ship to Store' please read the terms and conditions for Ship to Store service.

Please Allow up to 24hrs for processing to be completed. Bizarre Collections LLC is a small business all operated by 1 person. You the Buyer will be contacted via email when the order is ready for Pickup.

You the Buyer will have 5 days to collect the order from when the order is ready. If not picked up after the 5 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Please Bring Order confirmation and Legal ID when picking up your order. Both will be needed to verify the correct buyer and complete the pickup process. If another person is picking up for you the buyer, please add the name in the comment section that is in the cart or contact me at sales.returns@bizzarecollections.com. If we cannot match the information, we will have to decline the pickup. This is for you, the buyer’s security of your order.

 

Pickup Location is in the Old Town Hydro store, that is not owned or operated by Bizarre Collections LLC.

*Ship To Store – This is a new service that we provide for buyers that are local to our Pickup location. If you the buyer wants to purchase an item that is a special order, use Pick Up as Option at check out. All the items in the order will be special ordered to be shipped to our Pickup location at: Old Town Hydro, 8103 Centreville Rd, Manassas, Virginia, 20111

Be aware that special order processing and shipping times can take from 4 business days up to 14. Overseas Special orders may be longer due to customs. Look at shipping information for more specific shipping times.

You the buyer will be contacted when all items have arrived and ready at our Pop-up Shop and Pickup location in Old Town Hydro, 8103 Centreville Rd, Manassas, Virginia, 20111

You the Buyer will have 5 days to collect the order from when the order is ready. If not picked up after the 5 days, the order will be cancelled, and you the buyer will be refunded minus a 23% cancellation fee, this is for the shipping charges.
